Jessica Perez
Business RepresentativeMy journey to becoming a business agent started as a brand new glazing apprentice, learning the trade from the ground up. Over the years, I worked alongside some of the hardest-working people I know, my union brothers and sisters. I listened to their frustrations on the job: concerns about safety, fairness, respect, and having a voice that mattered. Those conversations stuck with me. I realized that if I really wanted to make a difference, I had to step up and be part of the solution. Becoming a business agent was my way of giving back to those who have help lifted me up and took me under their wing along the way.

Business RepresentativeI’m Kyle Miller Business Representative for Local 2015 out of Springfield, MO. Being a member of this Union has given me an opportunity to grow individually and provide me with a range of opportunities and support that allows me to be the provider I am to my family. Being on staff I get to work for the members who I look up to and that helped guide me along the way. I've had the pleasure of working on growing our Local and Apprenticeship Programs.
