It won’t be long before we will be in negotiations for a majority of the District Council. Please attend the Local meetings as we begin discussing what our contract proposals will look like as we enter the process.

I also want to let everyone know that we will be having meetings with the bylaws committee for the District Council. The areas we'll be focusing on will be the dues structure. The 3.5 % we’ll be looking at dropping to 2.5 % and separating the window dues to be taken out of the weekly check at the rate of $11 per week. This will cover the window dues outside of the dues check off. Market Recovery will also be addressed to not be included in the dues check off. Each Local will be separated out unlike the current process.
