Yesterday, the members of IUPAT Local 2012 voted on the terms of the proposed interim agreement.  The members overwhelmingly rejected those terms when they were voted upon.  As a result, the proposed interim agreement is not in effect as it was subject to the ratification of the membership.  Our members remain on strike but look forward to continued negotiations for a new agreement with the Builders’ Association.
